Terms & Conditions

Use of This Website

By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This website is intended to provide general information about HVAC, water heater, maintenance, indoor comfort, repair, replacement, and scheduling services offered by NoHeatNoCool Heating & Cooling.

General Information Only

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It should not be treated as a final diagnosis, quote, guarantee, or professional recommendation for your specific home or system without an in-person evaluation or direct review by our team.

Service Availability

Same-day service may be available depending on schedule, location, technician availability, weather, parts availability, and the nature of the service request. We cannot guarantee same-day service for every request.

Pricing, Diagnostics, and Estimates

Pricing, diagnostic fees, promotions, discounts, and estimates may vary based on the service needed, system type, location, parts, labor, equipment, access, code requirements, and other project-specific details. Any online pricing tool, estimate request, or general price information is for guidance only and is not a final quote unless confirmed by NoHeatNoCool Heating & Cooling in writing.

Offers and Promotions

Offers, discounts, and promotions may be subject to availability, eligibility, service type, and other limitations. Offers may not be combined unless approved in writing. NoHeatNoCool Heating & Cooling reserves the right to modify or end offers at any time.

Free Diagnostic Offer

A free diagnostic may be available when a same-day repair is approved and completed. If repair is not approved or completed, a diagnostic fee may apply. Current first-time customer diagnostic pricing may vary and should be confirmed at the time of scheduling.

Second Opinions and Quote Reviews

If we offer a second opinion or review of another company’s written quote, our review is based on the information available at the time of inspection or review. A full written competitor quote may be required before any price comparison or competitive pricing discussion. Any comparison must be based on similar equipment, scope of work, warranty, labor, permits, materials, and project requirements.

Maintenance Discounts

Senior and military maintenance discounts may be available when applicable. Eligibility, discount amount, service type, and availability may be confirmed at the time of scheduling. Discounts may not be combined with other offers unless approved by NoHeatNoCool Heating & Cooling.

Online Booking and Third-Party Tools

Our website may link to third-party scheduling, review, analytics, map, or communication tools. These tools are provided for convenience and may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and availability.
